REFUNDS

At Boylondon.com, we want you to be satisfied with your online purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase by following the guidelines below:

WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE

Boylondon.com will accept returns of unwashed, unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise. We will issue a refund for all unused and undamaged products returned within 21 days of purchase. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment.

All products must be returned in its original packaging (when possible) and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. Final sale items cannot be returned.

In relation to the Company’s refund of the payment above, if the User made such payment by credit card or other payment methods provided by the Electronic Financial Transaction Act, the Company may request immediately that the business entity which provided such payment methods suspend or cancel its request for such payment for the products.

EXCHANGES

To exchange an order, please return you original item(s) using our prepaid return label. You may call us at 1.310.550.5880 or contact us via email at info@boylondonla.com with your original order number and we’ll waive the return shipping fee.

All products must be returned in its original packaging and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. Final sale items cannot be returned.

RETAIL STORE RETURNS

Items purchased at Boylondon.com may be returned to one of our Boy London retail stores within 14 days of purchase. All products must be returned in its original packaging and the original packing slip must be provided.

EASY RETURNS BY MAIL

When you return an item to Boy London using our prepaid label, a flat fee of .00 will be deducted from your order refund for return postage.

For replacement return labels, please contact us at boylondon.com with details about the items that you need to return. We will gladly send you a label via e-mail shortly after.

RETURNS PROCESSING AND ORDER REFUND

Refunds for items returned within 21 days will be issued in the same form as the original payment. PayPal purchases will be refunded to your PayPal account.

Refunds are given for the price on the original receipt and any applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded. You can expect to receive credit for returned merchandise within one complete billing cycle of your credit card statement upon completion of returns processing.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and return reason at info@boylondonla.com or 1.310.550.5880

We will then provide you with further instructions on getting a Return Merchandise Authorization form approved and details on where returns should be shipped to. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our partner BorderFree in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Refunds on international orders include duties, taxes and tariffs, but do not include original shipping costs. A refund will be applied to your account upon receipt and verification of the merchandise at the BorderFree international hub.

You will be charged for shipping fee if you request to exchange or refund for the item you purchased with simple remorse.

Returns sent without the required documentation may not be refunded the full amount.
